If something isn't working, I want to know about it — because the goal is for this kit to actually work for you. Email me at Sarah@support.connectcraftai.com and here's what happens:
I help you fix it. Most issues, like a link that won't open or a prompt that isn't giving you what you expected, are solved in a single support exchange. I respond within 24 hours on business days.
If something is genuinely broken on my end — a file is missing, won't open, or doesn't match what the sales page described — I will make it right. That means a corrected file, or in rare cases where the product is fundamentally unusable, a resolution at my discretion.
⚠️ The One Exception: Pre-Download Issues
- ✓If you completed payment but never received your download link within 24 hours, contact me immediately. That's a delivery failure and I'll resolve it — including a full refund if delivery cannot be completed.
- ✓If a technical error on our payment processor's end resulted in a duplicate charge, that will be corrected immediately upon verification.

Your download link lives in your purchase confirmation email. Can't find it? Email me with the email address you bought with and I'll resend it. No charge, no hassle.
